Not as good as epi 1.  Interesting that they recruited people that would be tied to that island some how.  A person who speaks to ghosts.  A person directly connected to flight 815.  A person who knows about dharma.  Still trying to figure out Dan.

Thought the ghost of teller Walt was funny.

why wouldnt Hurley admit he was at the cabin.  Loved the look on Locke and Ben's face when Hurley said he knew where the cabin was.

Charlotte was so giddy at being on the island and Dan seemed amazed and curious. I wonder what pre-knowledge they have of the island's properties.

Miles seemed to act differently. I wonder if he was apprehensive about going or blackmailed to serve a purpose or what.

The pilot I think is similar to find815's Sam, he wants to know what *really* happened to 815.

Michael Faraday
Michael Faraday (September 22, 1791 – August 25, 1867) was an English physicist who researched electromagnetism. Michael Faraday's discoveries led to the development of Faraday cages, an enclosure used to block outside radio and electromagnetic waves. James Clerk Maxwell took the work of Faraday, and others, and consolidated it with a set of equations that form the basis of modern theories of electromagnetic phenomena.

His name first appeared as the season 4 clue word for chapter 2 of the Find 815 alternate reality game.

During casting this character was named Russell. "Russell Faraday" is the alias given to the villain at the end of Stephen King's The Stand.

I think it warrants too, that there was/is a Maxwell Group site that is linked from the find815 game. Also, I believe there was a picture of James Maxwell in a faux site shown thru Sam's laptop in find815.



Miles Straume
The name 'Miles Straume' is a play on the word "maelstrom", which means a powerful whirlpool or a swirling mass of water.

The device he brought upstairs makes and spreads cold air. It's a common device that real-life ghostbusters use to flush spirits out of their hiding places.




Charlotte Lewis
The name Charlotte Lewis appeared as a season 4 clue word for chapter 3 of the Find 815 ARG.

Charlotte Staples Lewis is a reference to the British writer and scholar, Clive Staples Lewis. Lewis is most famous for his works on medieval literature, Christian apologetics, literary criticism, and in children's literature (The Chronicles of Narnia). Both C.S. Lewises attended Oxford University.

Her birthday, July 2, 1979, was the day that the Susan B. Anthony dollar was introduced

There's a Rick Lapidus in the Exposé scrïpt.

The name is an anagram for "Farads link up." The Farad is a unit of electrical capacitance, named after physicist Michael Faraday.

A physician named Lapidus developed a technique for treating a condition of the big toe (bunions) caused by excessive bone growth.
