Just catching up, count me in.  ALthough it is already June 6 so I have 4 days to watch 3 epis.  Hmmm.

I also have all of S3 on VHS.  Except I didn't label any of the tapes.

I have lured two new people into the rewatch!  I have two friends who have been interested in Lost for a while, they really would like to watch the show.  But they are intimidated by my vast knowledge!!!  No, seriously, they feel they can't join the show in the middle because they missed so much in the beginning, they are intimidated by the show.

So, they are going to join the rewatch.  Starting from the pilot is just what they want!   One of them will never join the forum, she has two jobs and is too busy, and as a Federal employee she can't post from work.  But I think my other friend might join once she gets into the show.

ANyway, we are all a bit behind but we will be caught up by S1x4 or 5.

Eep. I still haven't rewatched.

I am impressed with your discipline, I stick DVD1 in the player and do not stop watching till I finish them all. I have done three Lost marathon weekends since I got the DVDs.
Kind of like the Potato Chip commercial, Betchya cant watch just one!

I for one, as the creator of this rewatch here, am behind. *hides head in shame*

I'm a week or two ahead, I have watched up through E16.  My rewatch buddies watch an entire DVD of 4 epis every time we get together.  

That's good, though, because I'm out of commission for the next two and a half weeks with vacation.  I'll be playing catchup in mid-August.

A friend was throwing away a 5 DVD DVD player, I loaded the thing up with 5 Season 1 discs this morning and am on a Lost Marathon weekend again.
I do not care how many times I have watched each episode, I catch something I missed before each time I rewatch them.

I started the rewatch, but have only seen around 5 episodes. I need to get back into it.

This hiatus is really long

Now that September is almost here and the new shows will be starting, it is going to be even harder to wait for LOST. I fear that the length of the hiatus will be bad for the ratings. I know we diehards will wait it out, but the average TV viewer is not going to be that patient, and will start to like new shows on other networks that will be on when LOST returns. I don't like the feeling I have about it. I am thinking they would have been better doing more shows per year and shortening the show by a season. What do you all think? Are you going nuts waiting???

I'm actually not going nuts, lol. I'm not even all that bothered that the hiatus is so long. *shrugs*

I think our rewatch might be losing steam.  Maybe we are all watching but the discussion has come to a halt.  Is it me or has nobody posted for a while?  Is it just not that fun to discuss rewatch?  Maybe we have already discussed it to death?

I can't complain about lack of discussion, I've all but disappeared from this forum in the last couple months.  But I WILL be back before the new season.

So I've started watching all the episodes from the beginning before the last season starts. It is very interesting knowing so much now.
