**Disclaimer** I do not buy into this theory - so don't attack me. Attack the theory. I saw this at the 'lage and was interested to see what you all may think.

Is it possible that Juliet's sister Rachel is really Ben's mother??? Could Rachel have been brought to the island to cure her cancer, and then returned to the mainland with Ben??? Ben says that he was born on the island, but what if he returned to the mainland only to be 'kidnapped' by Dharma/Mittleos to bring him back to his birth island?

I think that the reveal about Ben's "beginning" will be significant. IF  there is a loop - something like this could be possible. What do you think?

ETA - the credence to this theory IMHO is the fact that - in the Bible, "Rachel" gave birth to a son named "Benjamin."

Ohh...time loop theory!! Yeah, if Rachel is Ben's mother...and of course in the Bible Rachel's husband was who?? It was Jacob, so does that mean that Jacob=Him=Ben's daddy??  Of course Jacob's name was changed to Israel...which anagrams to "Is Real", so we know that there really is a Jacob. So when Tom said Ben and Juliette had some history, was he close (in the Biblical sense) with Auntie Juliette?? And just who is Ben's little brother Julian's father?? Is Jacob or maybe it is Esau getting even?



The above theories were just made off the cuff and I don't believe a word of them, once I started running with them I couldn't stop. It didn't help I just read the Bernard and Rose got replaced in a time loop by Paolo and Nikki
