Annie appears in Ben`s FB in the S3 episode "The Man Behind the Curtain".

She befriends Ben shortly after his arrival to the Island, by offering him an Apollo candy bar.

During an attack in their school by the Hostiles, she is told by the teacher, Olivia, to lock the door, and looks out for Ben by guiding him to safety at the perimeter of the classroom. She tells him it's "just the hostiles."

Annie remembers Ben's birthday, and presents him with a pair of dolls, designed to represent the two of them.

It is unknown what her eventual fate was.

I wonder if Annie died in the purge with the other Dharma workers, or if Ben protected her?

Or if she died before that, perhaps while having a child?

I liked Annie, I hope Ben would have found a way to spare her if she was around during the purge.

I'm curious if she left at some point. Dharma had tours of duty, and they seemed a little bit nicer LOL. I wonder if her parents tour of duty was over and she left.

It'd be kinda cool to have her looking for him, similar to Penny looking for Des. I think Annie would be/have been the only person to make Ben's ego come back down to earth.

Though, if something happened to her, it could explain his coldness.

I was wondering about the "tour of duty" stuff too, it seemed like Dharma let people leave again. But at the same time, didn`t Roger have an arguement about this with Horace?

That would be cool if she was looking for him. I`d love that LOL.
