Appears in "Tricia Tanaka is dead" season 3.

Tricia Tanaka was the newswoman from Action 8 News covering the reopening of Mr. Cluck’s chicken shack after Hurley bought it.
She wanted to get some footage from inside the restaurant, and brought her cameraman with her inside. At that moment a meteorite crashes into Mr. Clucks, destroying the restaurant, and killing Tricia Tanaka along with her camera man.
