I agree Mark. I think if anything, Locke will have had an encounter with Christian at some point.

I don`t think Locke necessarily will know who is real siblings are, if he indeed has any. Cooper doesn`t really seem to be the kind of guy who would have sat down and revealed family secrets (assuming Cooper even knows about his other children - he did ask Sawyer if he was his father, didn`t he?).
