Well is it ok if I post here about illness other than "feminine troubles??"  LOL.

I have a headache and my undiagnosed but likely IBS is acting up.    It's making me cranky today.

*is having the exact same things wrong with her today, although hers is definitely diagnosed as she is on new medication*

I'm having a minor panic attack.  Tightness in chest, racing thoughts, etc.

My friend has Lyme Disease.  Kind of unusual because we live in the city.  She was playing tennis in a city park, not exactly a hotbed for deer ticks.  Thought is was a mosquito bite until she woke up with a 103-degree fever.

When she developed a rash she went to the doc to get checked out and he informed that not only is it Lyme, she also is pregnant!  Man, what a shocker.  Luckily a 4-week course of antibiotics is just fine for the baby.

So it won't hurt the baby, the lyme disease? Wow!!

Hubby was bit by a spider a few hours ago. He is now saying he is ill *rollseyes*

What did it look like?  Make sure it was not  Brown Recluse, their bites are very nasty.  

ETA I just did a google image search to get a picture and saw some of the nastiest bites ever.  Reminded me of when my first grade teacher got bitten by one and had her arm bandaged for like six months.  I have been petrified of spiders ever since.
