We have seen him getting fried by the sonic fence, beaten to a pulp by Locke, taking a harpoon to the heart and still being alive and kicking.

I voted no -- because I think he has developed a connection with the island's healing powers that enable him to survive most anything. I suspect he moved far enough away from the blast to avoid too much harm.

No way he is dead, it would be far too illegitimate. If he can take a harpoon to the heart, he should be able to take most anything. I was thinking maybe he could die because he was off island, but again, so was the harpooning. He shoud live. Lucky bastard.

Though I'm probably wrong, I went with yes. I think the island can heal, but he should be blown apart in that explosion, since he was holding the grenade right up against the porthole.

I just don't think even the Island can put Humpty Dumpty together again.

At the very least, if he does somehow survive, he should be missing a hand to go along with the missing eye.

Wait, didn't they say that we'd see the Dharma shark again? Now it's clear, Mikhael survives the harpoon, survives the grenade, but the blood from his wounds attracts the Dharma shark, who eats him. Poor guy.

I voted he died. I have a feeling I'll be wrong as they'll push the limits of credulity.

I voted no.  He has cat DNA. Remeber the cat he had at the Flame. He still has at least 5 lives left.

But he may of left a few lives and an eye in Afganistan.
