Which characters`s flashback did you like best - and possibly why?

at this time, I'm gonna say Ben, we had some blanks filled in for both him and the island, although I think there is still more to be seen, like what transpires between the time he hooks up with Richard after the gassing and when Juliet arrives at the island.

In Walkabout, when they revealed he was crippled at the end. Completely took me by surprise.

Yeah, Locke has some good flashbacks too!

I voted for Ben as well. His flashback episode was a great one.

I had to go with Ben too. His flashback was the most revealing one this season.

Had to go with Locke for the fall from the window scene.  

I voted for Ben's because of the info his provides. There were other great ones, but his gave us a perspective of island life we'd hadn't seen before and the Losties wouldn't be able to provide.

While I certainly liked Ben's, I went against the group and voted for Juliet's.  I thought that the pre-island Juliet was vastly different from the post-island Juliet and I really enjoyed Elizabeth Mitchell's range in portraying this diverse character.  I think her flashbacks gave us just enough information combined with her on-island life to keep us wondering "is she good or bad?"  

Ben's is a close second though, it was good to see the Dharma/Hostile stuff and how Ben became the man he is today.

Des was my vote but then Juliet, for the reasons Lisa just stated above.
