I don't think she will. Juliette said the baby was healthy in the recorder, but the island seems to cure everything except pregnancy (unless by curing pregnancy it kills the mother). I think there are other plans for Sun.

i voted no.  I think Juliette either lied, or there is some sort of loophole that will let Sun live LOL  From the time frame juliet gave her, that means there is a whole season coming up that she can use to figure it out, whether it be herbs to terminate the pregnancy or something else, but I think it will be resolved in Sun's favor.

I think in light of the flash forward being in 2007 -- they will have to deal with Sun's pregnancy before the finale.
