That is something scary right there!!

Did we ever find out the significance of Boone's death? I mean, people die on the island. It's a fact. But Locke being convinced that something is up with the island, and in a way being in tune with, says he was a sacrifice. What could the island possibly want with the death of Boone?

Maybe Boone had to die for Aaron's birth at the same time to go well?

Maybe the island hates pretty boys?

At the time I though his death was necessary for Shannon's growth, but we all know how that ended.  The whole "sacrifice for the island" thing seems like BS in light of where Locke goes int he next few season.  He became so jaded in S3.

Maybe the writers just had too many characters and they had to get rid of some?

Or maybe... just MAYBE, we're reading into things more than we need to... like always, of course.

Well, yeah. That's possible. LOL

Here are a some questions I conjured up one night. What can I say? I was bored.

*What was the point in having Charlie dream about Aaron being in danger in season 2?

*What happened that caused Claire to lose her memory after being abducted by Ethan?

*Why did Walt appear to Shannon before she died?

Claire losing her memory could have been a psychological trauma type thing. Or it could have just been side effects from the meds Ethan was pumping into her.

Walt appearing to people is just creepy LOL But if he can do that whole astral projection thing, maybe he was trying to warn her??

I don't know, those are just guesses lol

Good guesses. Lost has really frazzeled my brain. There's too many questions. But you know what, I couldn't stop watching now for the life of me. I'm too invested.
