LOST will end in 2010. Three more seasons of 16 episodes each.

Personally, I'd rather see two seasons of 18-20 eppy's each.

Me too, Borky. Three short seasons have such huge breaks, which kinda sucks.

But at least we all have an excuse to still talk for at LEAST three years! LOL.

I guess they caught Sopranos Syndrome, and I don't think that's a good thing. Waiting 8 months between seasons makes it harder for fans to keep up and/or keep interested.

Yeah, Sopranos was what I thought of right away, lol. Hopefully it won't effect it too negatively.

I would prefer two longer seasons as well, I fear the long hiatuses will hurt the ratings.

YAY for talking for 3 more years, but I do think it is being dragged out a bit now.....

I have missed a couple of episodes recently, so will wait until the season is finished to get copies.. and then watch all of the last 8 episodes together..

As this is the main reason I want the show to never end, I'm happy for 3 more years.  

I think the two longer seasons would have been better. Hopefully with three shorter seasons they will have more time for each episode, so we won't see as many prop errors LMAO

In a way I wanna know what's going on but at the same time, I don't want it to end. So YAY for three more years! Boo for the long periods between the seasons.

I heard about this on the news in Vegas - yes, they actually mentioned it on the news. I'm glad they've set an ending, and I would have preferred two longer seasons, but think of all the fun we'll have in the meantime.

I must be missing something here, what makes that "official"? That web page was designed by CTV, wasn't it?

I'm just kidding - it's not official, but kind of funny that CTV which is the network that broadcasts LOST in Canada used the Infinity Logo. I guess they like it. Too funny. Maybe it will end up on the show - that would be even funnier.
