What is your favorite lines from the show?

Recent lines stick out:

Dude, Roger was on a beer run! -- Hurley, S3

But from S1: Maybe we should have gone around Mt. Vesuivus Mr. Clean.  --Sawyer to Locke

From S2 - "I guess it's a good thing I'm not one of them, huh? You guys got any milk?" - Henry Gale to Jack and Locke

Locke the first time they find the Orientation film: "We're going to need to watch that again."

So many of Sawyer's one-liners, and Hurley's are hysterical! I'm going to have to search the transcrïpts to get them right though.

When Sawyer called Hurley "Staypuff" in Season 1 (i think)

In The Hunting Party when Locke asks Sawyer is where they are is familiar, and Sawyer says something like, "Yeah, look, there's my favorite leaf!"

When Jin said, "tai doo mon wee da sen" in a flashback. OMG SO FUNNY!!!!

my favorite lines are when Dude and Walter keep saying "STFU Donny"
oh wait a minute that's "The Big Lebowski"  
Let's see now, favorite lines from Lost, how about
